Job Description

CEXEC, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Acquisition/Procurement Analyst with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to support our client at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Requirements

  • 8+ Year's Govt. Experience
  • Experience working with and drafting Software (SW) requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize and execute against multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and thrive independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interface with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Experience with developing SOWs or PWS and other contract sections
  • Experience with the FAA's Acquisition Management System
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (SF85P)

Responsibilities

  • Work with Acquisition Management System (AMS) and the full acquisition lifecycle.
  • Prepare, review and revise draft and final versions of documents related to pre-and post-award functions.
  • Reference Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and acquisition best practices or guidelines.
  • Use MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Project
  • Work with all types of contracts (T&M, CPAF, CPIF, CPFF, FFP) and cost/price analysis.
  • Will use excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Strong proofreading and editing skills

Education & Tools

Salary at CEXEC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range (monetary and non-monetary) nationally for this position is $95,948 to $295,914 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
