📍 Location: Samaritan Healthcare, Moses Lake, WA
📋 Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
⏰ Schedule: 36 hrs per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Variable Nights, Rotating Weekends)

🩺 Shifts Available:

✅ Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

💰 Compensation & Differentials:

💵 Base Pay: Up to $53.84 per hour, depending on experience

• 🌆 Evening Shift Differential: $3.00/hr
• 🌙 Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hr
• 📌 Weekend Shift Differential: $2.25/hr

🏥 The Position:

Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake, WA.

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (Registered) to:
✅ Perform specialized respiratory assessment and care for patients with respiratory disorders
✅ Recommend and implement treatment plans under hospital protocol
✅ Educate patients and caregivers on their condition, lifestyle adjustments, equipment, and medication
✅ Work in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Education:
✔ Graduate of an AMA-accredited two (2) year Respiratory Care Practitioner education program (or equivalent criteria for state regulatory requirements)

📜 Certification:
✔ CRT, RRT eligible, or RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
✔ State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License
✔ Current BLS (Healthcare Provider Level), ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications

💼 Experience:
✔ Two (2) years of postgraduate acute care respiratory care experience preferred

• Paid in a lump sum after a successful 90-day probationary period
• Must remain employed for at least 2 years at Samaritan Healthcare
• If leaving before 2 years, a prorated amount must be repaid

• Available for candidates located at least 100 miles from Samaritan Healthcare
• Amount is discretionary, based on distance, and can be adjusted as necessary
