🏥 Departments Available & Shifts:

ICU:

☀️ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Full-Time, 36 hrs/week)
🌙 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Full-Time, 36 hrs/week)

Resource Pool:

☀️ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Full-Time, 36 hrs/week)
🌙 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Full-Time, 36 hrs/week)

MBU (Mother-Baby Unit):

☀️ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Full-Time, 36 hrs/week)
🌙 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Full-Time, 36 hrs/week)

ED (Emergency Department):

⏳ Variable Shifts (36 hrs/week)
🌆 Evenings: 2x 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM, 1x 12:00 PM – 12:30 AM
🌙 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
☀️ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Perioperative:

☀️ Days: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)
☀️ Days: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)

Short Stay Unit:

☀️ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Part-Time, 24 hrs/week)

Clinic:

☀️ Days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Women’s Health/OB, Pioneer (May combine both PT into a FT position)

💰 Compensation & Differentials:

• Base Pay: Up to $68.37 per hour, depending on experience
• Evening Shift Differential: $2.75/hr
• Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hr
• Standby Shift Differential: $4.00/hr
• Weekend Shift Differential: $3.75/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Not to exceed $5,000

🩺 The Position:

Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare on Pioneer in Moses Lake, WA. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality patient care in a variety of departments, including ICU, Med/Surg, ED, Perioperative, and more.

As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients.

🎓 Qualifications:

✔ Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
✔ Current Washington State RN Licensure or a valid RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
✔ Experience in Acute Care for specialty nursing departments
✔ Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Healthcare Provider (HCP) level required within 30 days of hire (AHA or equivalent)

• Paid in a lump sum after a successful 90-day probationary period
• Must remain employed for at least 2 years at Samaritan Healthcare
• If leaving before 2 years, a prorated amount must be repaid

• Amount is discretionary, based on distance, and can be adjusted as necessary
