Shifts Available:

โœ… Mother-Baby Unit (MBU)
☀๏ธ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (36 hrs/week)
๐ŸŒ™ Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hrs/week)

๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation & Differentials:

๐Ÿ’ต Base Pay: Up to $77.55 per hour, depending on experience

  • ๐ŸŒ† Evening Shift Differential: $2.75/hr
  • ๐ŸŒ™ Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hr
  • ๐Ÿ“… Standby Shift Differential: $4.00/hr
  • ๐Ÿ“Œ Weekend Shift Differential: $3.75/hr
๐Ÿ’ฐ Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
โœˆ๏ธ Relocation Assistance: Not to exceed $5,000

 

๐Ÿฅ The Position:

Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare on Pioneer in Moses Lake, WA. We are seeking experienced Mother-Baby Unit (MBU) Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide postpartum and neonatal care.

As an MBU RN, you will:
โœ… Support new mothers and newborns during the postpartum period
โœ… Assist with breastfeeding and newborn care education
โœ… Monitor vital signs and provide early intervention if necessary
โœ… Educate families on newborn safety, feeding, and postpartum recovery
โœ… Work alongside physicians, lactation consultants, and healthcare teams

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Requirements:

โœ” Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
โœ” Current Washington State RN Licensure or a valid RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
โœ” 1+ year of mother-baby, postpartum, or neonatal nursing experience preferred
โœ” Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
โœ” Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Healthcare Provider (HCP) level required within 30 days of hire (AHA or equivalent)

  • Paid in a lump sum after a successful 90-day probationary period
  • Must remain employed for at least 2 years at Samaritan Healthcare
  • If leaving before 2 years, a prorated amount must be repaid

  • Available for candidates located at least 100 miles from Samaritan Healthcare
  • Amount is discretionary, based on distance, and can be adjusted as necessary
