Registered Nurse House Supervisor

(Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available)


📍 Location: Samaritan Healthcare, Moses Lake, WA
📋 Must be licensed in Washington State or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

🩺 Position Details:

  • Position Type: Permanent Full-Time (36 hrs/week) & Part-Time (24 hrs/week) Available
  • Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
  • Compensation: Up to $75.57 per hour, depending on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 for PT | Up to $15,000 for FT
  • Relocation Assistance: Not to Exceed $5,000

🏥 The Position:

Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare on Pioneer in Moses Lake, WA. We are seeking experienced House Supervisors (RNs) to provide leadership and operational oversight for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

✅ Collect and analyze patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability data
✅ Ensure appropriate admission levels of care and bed assignments
✅ Serve as a liaison between physicians, nursing leadership, unit staff, and care management teams
✅ Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer
✅ Provide operational guidance and supervision across all hospital departments
✅ Support case management and utilization review processes
✅ Respond to critical situations and crisis management needs hospital-wide


🎓 Qualifications:

✔ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN License in Washington or an NLC state
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
3–5 years of acute care clinical nursing experience required
✔ Experience across multiple acute care departments preferred
✔ Advanced knowledge of case management, utilization review, and acute-care status regulations
✔ Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certification preferred
Must be a U.S. MILITARY VETERAN to be considered for submission at this time

  • Paid in a lump sum after a successful 90-day probationary period
  • Must remain employed for at least 2 years at Samaritan Healthcare
  • If leaving before 2 years, a prorated amount must be repaid

  • Available for candidates located at least 100 miles from Samaritan Healthcare
  • Amount is discretionary, based on distance, and can be adjusted as necessary
