We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing, distributed team at Coforma.
This is a remote-first role (Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred) reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who will effectively support hiring efforts for a range of openings across our Business Development, Design, Engineering, Product, and Project Management teams. You'll be a key partner to our hiring managers and interview teams, our internal support teams (PeopleOps, Finance, and IT), as well as our candidates, ensuring an equitable, efficient, and seamless hiring process. You'll manage scheduling, communication with candidates and hiring teams, and will provide ideas and suggestions to improve and optimize our hiring process.

$65,000 to $70,000 Annual Salary + Benefits + Growth Potential
Placement within this range will be based on the competency level of the candidate. An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:
- Tier 1: $65,000 — Meets minimum qualification/experience requirements. Beyond onboarding, will need additional guidance and training to perform key responsibilites of the role.
- Tier 2: $67,500 — Experienced and fully-competent. Beyond onboarding, can independently perform key responsibilities of the role.
- Tier 3: $70,000 — Highly experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.
To honor our company-wide equitable pay system, the posted salary range and corresponding tier salaries are non-negotiable.
This is a US-based remote position open to applicants in the states listed below. Some travel may be required.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Manage scheduling & interview logistics: Coordinate and schedule video interviews (and occasionally on-site interviews) for our hiring teams, ensuring our candidates and interviewers have the information and resources they need ahead of the interview and are able to present their best selves.
- Deliver a human-centered candidate experience: Ensure our candidates ahve a positive experience by providing clear, timely communication and updates, meaningful engagement, and a seamless hiring process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs, establish interview timelines, work through blockers, and provide timely updates on the status of interviews.
- Assist with offer letters and onboarding prep: Ensure all information necessary for offer letters is provided to the Senior TA Manager, and all newly-hired employee's information is recorded accurately.
- Broaden your skillset: Working in the federal government contracting space often involves ambiguity and quickly-changing priorities, so we have to be adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Over time, we'll look for this role to help proactively source candidates and work on developing the skills to become a full-fledged Talent Acquisition Specialist.
