Job Description

Drive Excellence in Federal IT Support Services
At Aurelius Tech & Talent Solutions, you'll play a vital role in leading and delivering high-quality IT support services for federal clients. As a Program Manager, you will ensure that contract operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our mission to provide outstanding service and support. You'll oversee the delivery of mission-critical solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and client satisfaction.

Your Mission Impact

You'll serve as a key leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of IT support services across multiple federal projects:

IT Operations & Client Support

  • Lead and mentor a team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet service demands, including staffing, equipment, and software tools
  • Monitor and enforce SLAs, ensuring that services meet or exceed agreed-upon performance metrics
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations

Contract Management & Quality Assurance

  • Manage multiple contract operations, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and industry standards
  • Generate regular reports on performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure client senior-level management is aware of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher-level organizational strategic vision
  • Deliver key program deliverables, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders to align program initiatives with mission needs

Technical Excellence You'll Bring

Required Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in providing oversight and executive-level management to multiple projects/tasks and managing relationships with senior-level management within the client organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with IT project management and IT operations, specifically in the areas of IT Service Desk and PC deployment
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service practices and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • ITIL Foundations or higher certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business Management, or related discipline)
  • Experience managing federal IT support services contracts
  • Familiarity with federal security standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps and DevSecOps practices
  • Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Technical Excellence (40%):

  • Quality and performance of IT support services, system reliability, and response times
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within defined timelines to minimize service disruptions
  • Maintain high availability of systems and services, with a target uptime of 99.9% or higher

Project Delivery (30%):

  • On-time completion of milestones, quality of deliverables, and client satisfaction scores
  • Ensure compliance with federal security standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP) and proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities
  • Effectively resolve project issues and roadblocks to maintain progress toward milestones

Innovation and Impact (30%):

  • Operational improvements achieved, new capabilities developed, and contributions to team growth and development
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and system architecture diagrams
  • Drive automation efforts to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
