Current Lateral Officer Incentive:
$2,500 hiring incentive paid to the employee immediately upon hire
All applicable paid time off is made available to the lateral employee upon completion of their field training program
Below is an example for the base wages for lateral applicants based on the current collective bargaining agreement:
Step D – 1 year of experience = $69,167
Step E – 2 years of experience = $72,626
Step F – 3 years of experience = $76,258
Step G – 4 years of experience = $80,070
*If the lateral applicant has more than 5 or more years of experience, then Step G would be the applicable starting base wage.
