Job Summary:The Part-time Trust Support employee works under the supervision of the Trust Assistant. Responsible for clerical work of moderate complexity that follows established procedures. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable of bank policies, procedures, and general banking practices.
This position will consist of approximately 12 – 15 hours per week to be performed preferably in the morning and fill in for vacation or sick time as needed.
This position is not a remote position, nor does it have the option of being a hybrid position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ø Back-up for AccuTrust posting.
Ø Scan documents into Aurora docs.
Ø Keep the mail log current.
Ø Update files as needed.
Ø Provide customers with information that is related to Trust services.
Ø Assist with Trust tickler system.
Ø Assist customers with IRA’s and HSA’s (Health Savings Accounts).
Ø May be called upon from time to time to participate with community organizations’ relations and community projects.
Ø Perform other job functions and duties as required.
Qualifications:
Ø Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interpret and meet the needs of the customers and conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank.
Ø Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Ø Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good recordkeeping.
Ø Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Experience and Education:
Ø Two years of customer service experience is required.
Ø One to two years of relevant work experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Ø High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Physical Requirements:
Ø Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other Federal, State, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ø Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other Federal, State and Local standards.
Ø Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ø Must be able to talk, listen, sit, stand, walk, and speak clearly on telephone.
