IT / CLOUD SUPPORT ANALYST

This position is eligible for a hybrid work
arrangement. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and
office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office at
a minimum of 3 days a week (determined by leadership) with a general guidepost
of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manages the Service Desk
functions and prioritizes the customer requests and service desk tickets.
·Provides SME support on various
M365 cloud applications, including SharePoint and Teams. Research and
coordinate Azure cloud integration support with 3rd party applications.
·Advises other Service Desk team
members in diagnosing the cause of the problem using a variety of software
tools including cloud applications; initiates corrective actions where
appropriate.
·Performs and overseas desktop
support tasks, such as installation, maintenance of user applications and
troubleshooting including OS imaging and testing.
·Refers unresolved problems to
appropriate technical personnel or immediate manager.
·Answers inquiries about network
capabilities and resolves questions referred from more junior Help Desk
Technicians.
·Performs preventative
maintenance on equipment and workstations to extend their useful life.
·Provides vendor communications
as needed.
·Provides advice, company-wide
training, and guidance/documentation to other Help Desk technicians, as
required.
Basic Qualifications:
·Possesses an Associate's or
Bachelor's degree in related field plus 4+ years of direct experience in
Helpdesk and Desktop support.
·Has extensive experience in
customer service in the computing environment.
·Demonstrates proficiency with
operating a telemanagement workstation and an ability to use a variety of
automated diagnostic tools for system and network troubleshooting.
·Has comprehensive
troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Windows and other OS as well as
software/application support for clients.
·Has adequate experience in M365
cloud environment specifically in SharePoint and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
·A+ certification or other
related certification
·Direct experience in IT
department as a helpdesk technician
·MDT/SCCM desktop deployment
experience
·SharePoint
Administration/Management experience
