Position Summary:
The role of the Foreign Influence Analyst is to support key personnel by being the right and left hand and assume administrative responsibilities. The person in this role will play a key role in reviewing documents, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and making recommendations. You'll monitor and analyze foreign influence activities, draft informational documents, and support your team by improving performance metrics. Additionally, you'll collaborate with experts to enhance data access and develop standardized methods to benefit your projects. It's all about staying vigilant and proactive in safeguarding against foreign influence.
Responsibilities may include:
- Review assigned filings and compile stakeholder comments.
- Develop risk-based assessments and propose mitigation terms for selected awardees.
- Create standard operating procedures for reviewing and assessing foreign influence cases.
- Monitor, analyze, and track foreign influence activities using both classified and unclassified sources.
- Draft and respond to foreign influence-related RFIs and Q&As.
- Conduct strategic trend analysis, quantitative risk analysis, and operational impact assessments.
- Support the ESGI Program Manager with tracking and reporting functional performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance enterprise data access and develop transparent, repeatable data analytics tools.
- Assist with the documentation, revision, and development of program processes.
