Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES) has an immediate opening for a Transportation Construction Engineer in our Green Bay, Madison or Milwaukee, WI Office. This full-time position will be responsible for construction oversight/inspection, materials documentation and testing, field measurements, daily diary entries, and completion of final construction documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least three years field construction inspection and/or management.
- Knowledge of Wisconsin DOT construction management.
- 1+ years Design experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's in civil engineering or construction management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established relationships with DOT.
- Knowledge of Wisconsin DOT software
- HTCP certifications
- Experience using Civil 3D, AutoCAD or MicroStation
- History of steady career advancement
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite
- Licensed PE or ability to obtain one within a year
