We are currently looking for agents for our Call Center operations. The selected candidate will meet the following requirements:
Main responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls related to customer accounts and product services.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Cross sale/Upsell where necessary
• Manage social media comments
• Communicate details for each customer’s account
• Assist Client Managers with various task
• You must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build a quick relationship to solve customers' questions or needs.
