Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Buffer or similar role.
• Prior experience in automotive detailing is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating buffing machines and understanding different pad and compound combinations.
• Solid knowledge of various polishing techniques and the ability to choose the appropriate method for different types of imperfections.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying imperfections and inconsistencies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the detailing team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the ability to follow guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.
• Ability to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles including RVs or heavy equipment.
• Ability to physically operate various equipment and power tools including vehicle equipment.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
