Job Description
The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to schedule appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone or through digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products or services and schedule appointments.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and ensuring they meet the criteria for sales follow-up.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer information and appointment schedules in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Meeting Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting quotas.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.



Requirements
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Time management and organizational skills.
