Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct on-site evaluations and provide accurate roofing estimates tailored to customer needs.
Work with all Major Insurance Companies assisting Homeowners in the claim process to achieve success.
Present roofing solutions, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
Collaborate with our Roofing Forman's and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients clearly, confidently, and persuasively. You should be able to explain complex roofing solutions in a simple, relatable way.
Sales Experience (Preferred, but Not Required): Previous experience in sales, especially in home improvement, roofing, or construction industries, is a plus. However, we are willing to train individuals with a strong desire to succeed.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A high level of self-motivation and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets. You should thrive in a performance-driven environment where you are responsible for your own success.
Integrity & Professionalism: A strong commitment to ethical behavior, honesty, and professionalism in all dealings with customers, co-workers, and management.
Customer-Focused Attitude: Ability to actively listen to customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their goals. You should have a passion for helping clients find the right roofing solutions.
Time Management & Organization Skills: Ability to manage your own schedule, follow up with leads, and ensure timely completion of projects while balancing multiple tasks effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using digital tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and mobile apps to manage appointments, customer data, and sales tracking.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to customer challenges, whether related to roofing needs or logistical obstacles.
Ability to Work Independently and in a Team: You should be comfortable working autonomously, while also collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Positive Attitude & Resilience: Sales can be challenging, so having the ability to stay positive, keep pushing forward, and maintain resilience in the face of setbacks is key.
Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License: You’ll be traveling to customer locations, so a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.
