✅ Mother-Baby Unit (MBU)
☀️ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (36 hrs/week)
🌙 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hrs/week)

🏥 The Position:

We are looking for experienced Mother-Baby Unit (MBU) Registered Nurses (RNs) who are dedicated to providing care to new mothers and their babies. In this role, you will support labor and delivery, manage nursery duties, assist with postpartum care, help with breastfeeding, monitor vital signs, and educate families on newborn care.

As an MBU RN, you will:
✅ Support new mothers and newborns during the postpartum period
✅ Assist with breastfeeding and newborn care education
✅ Monitor vital signs and provide early intervention if necessary
✅ Educate families on newborn safety, feeding, and postpartum recovery
✅ Work alongside physicians, lactation consultants, and healthcare teams

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
✔ Current Washington State RN Licensure or a valid RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
✔ 1+ year of mother-baby, postpartum, or neonatal nursing experience preferred
✔ Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Healthcare Provider (HCP) level required within 30 days of hire (AHA or equivalent)
