Registered Nurse House Supervisor

(Full-Time & Part-Time Available)

🩺 Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time (36 hrs/week) & Part-Time (24 hrs/week) Available
• Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

🏥 The Position:

We are actively searching for US Military Veteran House Supervisors (RNs) who are ready to steer night shift operations at a contemporary 50-bed rural medical center.

Responsibilities:

✅ Collect and analyze patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability data
✅ Ensure appropriate admission levels of care and bed assignments
✅ Serve as a liaison between physicians, nursing leadership, unit staff, and care management teams
✅ Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer
✅ Provide operational guidance and supervision across all hospital departments
✅ Support case management and utilization review processes
✅ Respond to critical situations and crisis management needs hospital-wide

🎓 Qualifications:

✔ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
✔ Current RN License in Washington or an NLC state
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
✔ 3–5 years of acute care clinical nursing experience required
✔ Experience across multiple acute care departments preferred
✔ Advanced knowledge of case management, utilization review, and acute-care status regulations
✔ Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
✔ BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certification preferred
✔ U.S. Military Veteran Highly Preferred
