Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

The QA/QC Turbine Repair Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of gas and steam turbine repairs, new gas and steam turbine parts, and repaired gas and steam turbine parts accordance with industry standards, Calpine specifications, and Calpine procedures. This role involves conducting inspections, overseeing repair processes, verifying documentation, and working closely with Calpine teams to deliver high-quality gas and turbine repair services, gas and steam turbine repaired parts, and new gas and steam parts.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in turbine repair, power generation, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ISO, API, etc.) and NDT methods.
Familiarity with turbine systems, including gas and steam
Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Certifications such as ASQ (American Society for Quality), NDT Level II/III, or similar are preferred.

Working Conditions:

This role may require occasional travel to turbine repair sites and client locations.
Must be able to work in an industrial environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
