INDUSTRIAL CONTROL SYSTEMS LEAD

As a trusted partner and leader in providing energy and
sustainability consulting services to the federal government, Concurrent
Technologies Corporation (CTC) understands the increasing complexity of
achieving energy security and climate resilience in a changing world. As part
of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will
collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and
implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical
infrastructure resilience and security issues and support the military mission,
while reducing environmental impacts. We take our role seriously, as our
efforts ensure our installations and assets are prepared in any operating
environment, present and future.
The ERS Division is seeking a senior level cyber subject matter
expert (SME) to support senior Department of Defense clients focused on public
works, utilities and energy issues. The Control Systems SME will provide
technical support and leadership in the implementation of industrial control
systems and business applications. The ideal candidate will work well in a team
environment and provide strong leadership to solve complex issues. This is a
client-site position, with future potential to work remotely while
participating in some in-person client and team meetings and/or site visits.
Some travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
·Serve as the control systems
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a defense cybersecurity program
·Develop enterprise strategies
and serve as the Team Lead and Advisor
·Lead teams providing technical
and analytical support to manage cyber risk to facility-related control systems
·Lead teams providing technical
and analytical support for the implementation of cyber secure industrial
control systems
·Evaluate risks and
vulnerabilities, identify potential mitigations and/or resolutions, implement
the correct and necessary action, and document the action
·Lead communications with
Government stakeholders and develop and maintain strong client relationships as
a trusted advisor
Basic Qualifications:
·M.S. degree in Cyber Security,
Information Assurance, Computer Science or other engineering discipline related
to Cyber Security plus 10 years directly related experience
·A minimum of five (5) years
working with the Department of Defense and a working knowledge and experience
in supporting cyber implementation of industrial control systems and business
applications of comparable complexity
·A minimum of ten (10) years of
job experience with progressively increased responsibility
·Experience with complying
National Institutes of Standards and Technology (NIST) “Risk Management
Framework”
·Proven capability to
independently initiate, track and manage tasks, with a high degree of detail,
quality, and process orientation
·Willingness and ability to set
priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a heavy workload environment
·Excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal to clearly articulate complex ideas for senior
leadership as well as technical staff consumption
·Ability to work in teams, and
establish and maintain cross-functional and working relationships
·Proficient with Microsoft
Office Suite of tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
·Certification: Certified
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
·Ability to obtain and maintain
DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
Preferred Qualifications:
·Knowledge of Navy structure and
operations
·Experience with Navy enterprise
networks
·Experience in government
consulting or supporting government organizations
·Interest in utility management,
mission assurance, energy security, national security
