Position Summary
The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for data entry and assisting with information gathering for the Department of Development & Communications.
Some of the duties include:
Create and update donor records in the development CRM
Enter in-kind donations, pledges, and soft credits
Record/enter donor notes and tasks
Conduct online searches to verify donor contact information
General clerical duties including making calls, copying/scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing/sorting
Assist with department mailings
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct in terms of privacy of donor, staff and client information, and adherence to confidentiality policies
Build positive relationships with department team members and LMM Staff
Actively participates in quality improvement activities of the program/agency
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct in terms of privacy of client/donor information and adherence to confidentiality policies & upholds the service philosophy
Comply with policies and procedures governing the program and agency and consults with appropriate administrative staff regarding issues posing potential risk
Build and maintain positive relationships with peers and other programs and departments within the organization
Perform other duties as assigned that support the mission of the agency
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, including excellent data entry and typing skills required; database or CRM system experience preferred. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; database or CRM system experience preferred. Strong communication skills, including clear and professional phone etiquette, are essential.
